The amount of litter in public parks, beaches and streets, especially in the warmer months when more people enjoy being outdoors, can be shocking.
Litter picking activities help to raise awareness of the problem, introduce you to like-minded people, and literally clean up the area you target.

Remember to take a pair of your own gardening or washing up gloves to wear, wash and reuse after the event.
